I have been working with bodies in motion for over 15 years. For the past 10 years I have used the Pilates methodology to help people heal themselves, gain strength and balance to further prevent injury, and discover a deeper level of body awareness. I use  neuromuscular reprograming techniques to direct the Pilates session towards a deeper understanding of muscle imbalance and how to access target muscle groups making lasting functional changes. 

When called for I incorporate gentle chiropractic techniques working with light force and muscle and soft tissue work to help the body gain access to areas of restriction. I am trained in upper extremity Active Release Technique, along with a variety of other chiropractic soft tissue techniques.  

Assessing the full person, looking at how you move, daily activities and overall health is an integral part of my work. Each session is tailored to the individual to meet you where you are at and help you access your innate strengths and abilities to thrive.
