Moving From Center
Liberate your neck, infuse your back body with breath, invite space into your hips and activate strength from your center.
This class mixes the kinesthetic study of anatomy with classic movement practices. Borrowing from repertoires such as pilates, gyrokinesis, feldenkrais, and body rolling.
This class is for people looking for a weekly hour of guided movement meditation and deep strength training.
